You’ll be able to make this a full day excursion with all of the exciting activities the area has to offer. Play watersports, walk along the pier, check out the cute boutiques, and watch the sunset over waves. If you’re lucky, you might also see a rocket launch! That’s right—the Kennedy Space Center is a short distance from the beach, which means you can also pay a visit to this iconic location and take a tour. Your stay at Cocoa Beach will not disappoint!
You might be wondering what Orlando looks like outside of its bustling theme parks and adventures, which is why we recommend taking time to ride a hot air balloon that overlooks the entire city. Bring your selfie stick and take pictures in the sky as you ride along the soft Orlando breeze. View Orlando’s gorgeous everglade regions and enjoy its natural beauty from up high. Schedule a ride to watch the sunrise, see the swamps, view the orange groves, and so much more.
Of course, with so much sightseeing, you’ll likely work up an appetite. We recommend taking a trip to downtown Orlando and visiting Church Street, a fun and eclectic historic street to experience local dives and favorites. Have a bite to eat overlooking Eola Lake, try new cuisines, and explore Orlando’s city life. If you happen to visit during the evening, you might also enjoy exploring Orlando’s nightlife! Whatever you choose, there is plenty to experience during your stay.

If using the app or mobile web, you must list your name 30 minutes ahead of scheduled departure. You will receive a message based on the contact preference selected during booking if you are cleared on the flight. Group bookings and Unaccompanied Minors are not eligible for same-day standby. You will be required to pay any government taxes and fees associated with these itinerary changes but refunds will be provided. Your original boarding position is not guaranteed on your standby flight.
