There’s a good chance you came to sunny Orlando, Florida for all the thrills, sights, and excitement of the city’s many theme parks. We don’t blame you. Zooming through the sky on a roller coaster, touring through recreated castles and vistas of some of your favorite movies and meeting your favorite cartoon characters in the flesh really can’t be beat! You can explore most of them on Orlando’s famous International Drive, which has more attractions, shopping, fine dining, shows, and all-around fun than you could probably ever fit into one vacation!
There’s more to Orlando than just its theme parks, however, and we recommend exploring it all! Orlando may lack the quick access to beaches of some other cities in Florida, but that doesn’t mean you can’t explore marine life at the Florida Aquarium. With an architecturally stunning glass dome roof, the Aquarium simulates a wetlands experience like no other. Exotic birds fly freely while sharks, alligators, river otters, and endangered sea turtles roam the water. Feed stingrays and splash around in the aquarium’s rainforest water playground—perfect for kids!
Now that you’ve explored the seas, take to the skies at the John F. Kennedy Space Center! There you can blast off on a mission to explore the history of our space program and tour a working NASA facility! The Kennedy Space Center is located on Merrill Island, just one hour east. That’s one small step from Orlando, one giant leap toward fun on your trip to Florida!

You must request to be added to the same-day standby list at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of your original flight or the no-show policy will apply. If using the app or mobile web, you must list your name 30 minutes ahead of scheduled departure. You will receive a message based on the contact preference selected during booking if you are cleared on the flight. Group bookings and Unaccompanied Minors are not eligible for same-day standby. You will be required to pay any government taxes and fees associated with these itinerary changes but refunds will be provided. Your original boarding position is not guaranteed on your standby flight.
