Rapid Rewards Cargo is a corporate loyalty program designed to reward companies for shipping with Southwest Cargo®. Rapid Rewards points are earned on the master account level. Companies can earn up to 1 point per $1 for using any of our products.

Rapid Rewards Cargo is open to any company that has a master account with Southwest Cargo. Each master account is entitled to a maximum of one Rapid Rewards Cargo account.

Yes. However, by enrolling in the Rapid Rewards Cargo program, you acknowledge that all transactions and activities relating to the program will be deemed to take place exclusively in the state of Texas, United States of America, regardless of where any Member may be located or reside or the destination or origin of any flight. You acknowledge that all monetary amounts and fees relating to such transactions will only be expressed and processed in U.S. dollars and that Southwest is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations that may affect the value that any Member receives in any other currency, that your credit card company or bank may charge you fees or charges related to your transactions as a Member, and that you will be solely responsible for any such fees or charges.

Only one designated account manager with login credentials can access Rapid Reward Cargo points. This person will be responsible for booking travel for your employees.

Rapid Rewards Cargo Members can earn points from qualifying shipments:

  • tendered at the cargo facility and paid for using any accepted payment method
  • booked online through our online booking platform
  • booked via an API technology that integrates into a company's existing booking channel

All shipments must be booked and shipped in order to accrue points.

The total amount of points earned per AWB will be split 50-50% between the shipper and consignee.

All Rapid Rewards points are accrued at the master account level.

Yes! As long as your shipment is associated to your master account number, you will earn Rapid Rewards points for your shipment. All shipments must be booked and shipped in order to accrue points.

Individual Rapid Rewards accounts cannot be combined or merged with Rapid Rewards Cargo accounts.

Unfortunately, Rapid Rewards Business and Rapid Rewards Cargo accounts must remain separate at this time. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Your earning potential begins when you enroll into the partnership. Points cannot be retroactively added for any previous shipments before you sign up for an account.

Absolutely! When you travel for leisure or business, your points will be deposited into the appropriate Rapid Rewards account.

No! Rapid Rewards Cargo points do not expire and can be used on any seat, any day, and any time to purchase a flight or More Rewards.

Unfortunately, you can only have one account administrator at this time who has login capabilities, however multiple people can receive email communication regarding point balances, promotions and more.

Yes! International shipments are eligible to earn Rapid Rewards points. You may make a reservation for reward travel using points at Southwest.com/rapidrewards. All reward travel is subject to taxes, fees, and other government or airport-imposed charges from $5.60 per one-way trip.

No! Points will not be removed from your account as a result of a service failure or claim and are subject to review.

Yes! You can donate points to various charities through our Points for a Purpose program.

Points from Southwest Cargo shipments will be posted to your account the following month after the shipment has taken place. For transactions with Rapid Rewards partners, review their terms and conditions to learn more about the expected timeframe for points to post to your account.

To view your Rapid Rewards Cargo point balance, please navigate to www.southwest.com and login using your account credentials.

Points can be redeemed via southwest.com for flights, rental cars, gift cards, and merchandise using our More Rewards site. Be sure to toggle to "use points" instead of dollars to successfully book using your Rapid Rewards points.

Unfortunately, points cannot be applied towards Southwest Cargo transactions at this time.

No problem! There are no cancellation fees, and all points are deposited back into your company’s account for future use.

Navigate to southwest.com and click on Rapid Rewards. From there, enter your login credentials. Once you login, you can easily see your point balance and redeem points.
