To be eligible to receive promotional A-List Preferred status, Member must (a) be a Rapid Rewards® Member; (b) be a Colorado resident—Colorado residency is based on the primary mailing address on the Rapid Rewards account and must be a valid United States Postal Service Colorado mailing address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted); (c) have a comparable elite status on another domestic airline—a comparable elite status is based on Southwest Airlines® sole discretion; and (d) submit proof of his or her other current airline elite card or statement, name, and Rapid Rewards account number and all of the foregoing must be verified by Southwest Airlines at Southwest.com/match. Qualification and promotional A-List Preferred status confirmation must be completed prior to booking of travel to receive A-List Preferred benefits. Promotional A-List Preferred status confirmation typically takes place within 12 business days of registration and verification process. Current A-List Preferred Members whose status is expiring are not eligible for the promotion. If Member qualifies for promotional A-List Preferred status during the promotional period, Member will not receive an A-List Preferred card, but Member will receive all A-List Preferred status benefits on all flights booked after qualifying for this Southwest® Denver Status Match promotion when Member provides their Rapid Rewards account number when making their reservation.
To extend promotional A-List Preferred status for 12 months, after qualifying for this Southwest Denver Status Match promotion, Member must book and fly three qualifying round trip flights (or six qualifying one-way flights) from Member's qualifying flights booked and flown between Member’s enrollment date for this promotion and the end of Member’s 120-day promotional period. If promotional A-List Preferred status is not extended for 12 months by Member meeting the above requirements, then Member will return to their original status level (if any) held prior to enrolling in this Southwest Denver Status Match, unless such status has already expired. Valid on new reservations booked and flown within the promotional time period only. A qualifying one-way flight for this promotion is a one-way revenue flight that the Member flies on Southwest Airlines from Denver (DEN) to any Southwest destination, including any intermediate stops and/or connections. A qualifying round trip flight for this promotion is a revenue flight on Southwest Airlines from Denver (DEN) to any Southwest destination and back to the originating airport or carrier-recognized co-terminal. Purchased points will not qualify for this promotion. Tier qualifying points are earned by purchasing and flying qualifying one-way or round trip revenue flights or through the use of the Rapid Rewards Premier and Priority Consumer Credit Cards and the Rapid Rewards Premier and Performance Business Credit Cards from Chase. Companion Pass®, charter flights, Southwest Vacations® packages, and reward and group travel do not qualify as one-way or round trip revenue flights for extension of promotional A-List Preferred status. Changes made to an itinerary after purchase of a qualifying one-way or round trip flight may eliminate qualification for extension of promotional A-List Preferred status. If A-List Preferred status is earned by flying 40 qualifying one-way revenue flights or earning 70,000 tier qualifying points in the calendar year while qualified for promotional A-List Preferred status, the regular A-List Preferred status will supersede the promotional A-List Preferred status, entitling the Member to A-List Preferred status through December 31, 2025. Enrollment in the Southwest Denver Status Match promotion must take place before May 31, 2024. Southwest reserves the right to suspend this promotion at any point without notice. This promotion to extend A-List Preferred promotional status for 12 months is available to Member if Member has not received promotional A-List Preferred status in any other promotion in the last 12 months or participated in any other status match promotion in the last 12 months. Members are required to provide accurate and truthful information. Southwest reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and/or revoke any Member’s status who (a) does not meet the eligibility requirements of this promotion; (b) it finds such Member’s participation in this promotion is unlawful, false, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms; or (c) it finds such Member has tampered with the promotion process, the operation of Southwest’s website, or is otherwise in violation of these terms.
