• Savings are not guaranteed and NRG Home prices may be higher than your utility’s supply rate. It may take up to eight weeks for your service to start with NRG Home depending on the status of your current billing cycle when you sign up. Your first month's points (two or three points per $1 in supply charges) will appear in your Rapid Rewards account within eight weeks after your service starts. Your bonus points will appear in your Rapid Rewards account within 12 weeks after your service starts.
