Speed through security

Priority Lanes and Express Lanes, (where available), are designed to speed our Business Select and Anytime Customers, as well as A-List and A-List Preferred Members, through check-in and security lines. Priority Lanes are at Southwest check-in counters, and Express Lanes are at security checkpoints.

I'm flying with an infant or child

When flying with little ones, it’s always best to be prepared. Get documentation, safety requirements, and information on what you need to know before and during your flight.

I have an
Unaccompanied Minor

It’s never too early for your first flight, but children ages 5-11 traveling without a passenger age 12 or older are considered Unaccompanied Minors and require a different protocol.

I have a disability

I need extra space

We want you to feel comfortable on your flight, so we understand if you need a little extra room. If you’d like to proactively purchase a second seat to give yourself more space, you can learn how here.

I'm traveling with a pet

Furry friends are welcome in the cabin. Reserve your dog or cat a spot on your domestic flight with a Pet Fare. But hurry, we only have room for six pets on each flight.
