We board in three groups (A, B, and C). But be sure to check in 24 hours before your flight departs—boarding positions are first come, first served. Look for your group letter and number on your boarding pass. Just line up in numerical order when your group is called.

Since we fly out of the U.S. mainland terminal, you can’t transport Mother Natures’ goodies in your carryon if you’re traveling between islands – they have to be packed in your checked luggage Luckily, your first two bags fly free1 so you don’t have to pay
extra to bring your favorite produce.
