Starting November 12, 2008 all airlines serving Indianapolis International Airport (IND) will relocate and operate out of the new Indianapolis Airport built in the “midfield” area of the present airport, between two major runways. The current terminal will close once the new airport opens.

Indianapolis International Airport (IND)

• Gate Information: Southwest Airlines uses gates B4 and B5 at the new airport
• Ticketing: You can purchase tickets at the ticket counter located on the upper level of the airport.
• E-Ticket Check-In kiosks: Located at the ticket counter.
• Baggage Claim: Baggage claim is located on the lower level beneath the Civic Plaza.
• Wi-Fi: Available throughout terminal
• High-speed Internet: Available in food court area
