Ohana Rewards Terms and Conditions

1. Quarterly Interisland Promotion Codes:

Rapid Rewards® Members residing in the state of Hawaii will receive four (4) unique one-time-use promotion codes per year for 10 percent (10%) off Southwest Airlines® interisland flights paid entirely with U.S. dollars or up to 25 percent (25%) off reward bookings (“Rapid Rewards Member Discount”). If you join Rapid Rewards during the quarter, you will receive the Rapid Rewards Discount code within 14 days of opening your account.

Rapid Rewards Credit Cardmembers with a primary residence address on their Rapid Rewards account located in the State of Hawaii will receive four (4) unique one-time use promotion codes per year for 20 percent (20%) off Southwest® interisland flights paid entirely with U.S. dollars or up to 25 percent (25%) off reward bookings ("Rapid Rewards Cardmember Discount"). If you become a Cardmember during the year, you will receive the Rapid Rewards Cardmember Discount code the quarter after your account is open (e.g., Cardmember joins March 1, the 20% promotion code will be sent to June 1). Cardmember account must be in open status on the first day of the month of each new quarter to remain eligible for the 20% discount. Cardmembers should allow up to 14 days for card status to be updated in their Rapid Rewards accounts to be eligible for this benefit for the promo code to post to your account. Credit card account must be open and not in default at the time of fulfillment. Chase is not responsible for the provision of, or failure to provide, the stated benefits and services.

Rapid Rewards Member Discount and Rapid Rewards Cardmember Discount are valid for one-way or round-trip Basic and Choice fares booked on Southwest.com® or swabiz.com for Southwest Airlines nonstop service between the islands of Hawaii: Honolulu (Oahu) – HNL, Kahului (Maui) – OGG, Kona (Island of Hawaii) – KOA, Hilo (Island of Hawaii) – ITO, and Lihue (Kauai) – LIH during the applicable travel period(s) set forth below. Members and Cardmembers will receive their promotion code on the first day of the month prior to the applicable quarter when they may complete their eligible interisland travel. Promotion codes will be sent directly to the Member’s or Cardmember’s My Account page at https://www.southwest.com/loyalty/myaccount/.

Each code will be valid for interisland travel during each quarter of the year as follows:

(1) December 1: Valid January 1 to March 31

(2) March 1: Valid April 1 to June 30

(3) June 1: Valid July 1 to September 30

(4) September 1: Valid October 1 to December 31

Promotion code savings are applied before government taxes and fees. Enter your unique promotion code in the Promo Code box when booking your eligible interisland travel during the applicable quarter. If you entered the single-use promotion code in the Promo Code box on Southwest.com or swabiz.com, then while selecting your interisland flights, savings in the base fare will be visible as a strike-through of the original fare on eligible flights. Discount availability may vary by destination, flight, and day of the week. Please note that the Department of Transportation (DOT) requires advertised fares to include all government taxes and fees; however, this promotion applies to the base fare only.

Discount is valid on new reservations only. Discount applies only for select interisland flights booked within the applicable quarter, while supplies last. Each promotion code applies only to the Member or Cardmember to whom it is issued, and not to any other Passengers on the same reservation. If more than one Member or Cardmember is traveling, a separate reservation must be made for each promotion code used. Members and Cardmembers will only receive up to four (4) total promotion codes per year.

Changes made to the itinerary after purchase will eliminate qualification for this promotion and will result in forfeiture of any promotion code savings. Discount is only valid with the unique promotion code provided on your My Account page and is not combinable with other promotion codes or fares. All reward travel is subject to taxes, fees, and other government or airport-imposed charges of at least $5.60 per one-way trip. Applicable taxes, fees, and other government or airport-imposed charges can vary significantly based on your arrival and departure destination. The payment of any taxes, fees, and other government or airport-imposed charges is the responsibility of the Passenger and must be paid at the time reward travel is booked with a credit card, flight credit, or Southwest® gift card. Fares are subject to change until ticketed. Offer applies only to published, scheduled interisland service. Additional fees and charges for optional products and services may apply.

Offer is not redeemable for cash and may not be used in conjunction with other special offers, or toward the purchase of a gift card or previously booked flight or change to a previously booked flight. Discount is only valid on Southwest.com or swabiz.com. The discount is not valid on group travel or Getaways by Southwest™ vacation packages, through Global Distribution Systems, or special fares, such as military and government fares. Southwest Airlines reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time with or without notice.

2. Interisland Two Free Checked Bags:

Rapid Rewards® Members residing in the state of Hawaii are each eligible to receive their first and second standard checked bag free on nonstop service between the islands of Hawaii: Honolulu (Oahu) – HNL, Kahului (Maui) – OGG, Kona (Island of Hawaii) – KOA, Hilo (Island of Hawaii) – ITO, and Lihue (Kauai) – LIH. To receive their first and second standard checked bag free, the Member must include their Rapid Rewards number in their interisland flight reservation. Service charges for oversized, overweight, and extra baggage may apply. Cardmembers with A-List Preferred or A-List status or who purchase a fare that includes a free checked bag will receive the bag benefits associated with their Southwest Rapid Rewards® tier status or fare.

In addition to the standard baggage fee, Overweight items from 51-70 pounds will cost $35. Overweight items 71-100 pounds will cost $70. Oversized items in excess of 62 inches but not more than 80 inches will be accepted for a charge of $35 per item plus the standard baggage fee. In addition to the standard baggage fee, only one $100 charge applies if the piece is both oversized and overweight, regardless of the weight as long as it does not exceed 100 lbs. Excess baggage which is also overweight or oversized will be charged excess baggage plus the applicable oversize or overweight charge. In total, a Customer is limited to check 20 pieces of checked baggage per flight. This limitation includes Carrier's Free Checked Baggage Allowance and excess baggage would be subject to applicable excess baggage charges.

Accepted Sporting Equipment and their respective policies can be found on our Help Center. Any item listed in the Help Center will be treated as a standard bag, and if a Customer qualifies for any checked bag allowances, the items listed will be accepted. Two bags continue to fly free between the islands for Hawaii residents; this still includes your surfboards. Equipment may be subject to standard excess and overweight fees. Oversized fees will be waived for the listed equipment. Hawaii residency is based on the primary mailing address of the Customer and must be a valid United States Postal Hawaii mailing address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted). May be subject to a limited release of liability as outlined in the Contract of Carriage. Southwest Airlines reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time with or without notice.

3. Earn a minimum of 1,000 Rapid Rewards® points per one-way interisland qualifying flight

Rapid Rewards® Members residing in the state of Hawaii will earn a minimum of 1,000 Rapid Rewards points on all Southwest® one-way interisland qualifying flights booked and flown. “Qualifying Flights” include one-way nonstop service between the islands of Hawaii: Honolulu (Oahu) – HNL, Kahului (Maui) – OGG, Kona (Island of Hawaii) – KOA, Hilo (Island of Hawaii) – ITO, and Lihue (Kauai) – LIH operated by Southwest Airlines® and paid entirely with dollars, Southwest LUV Vouchers®, gift cards, vacation travel credits, or flight credits and those paid with Cash + Points. NOTE: With a Cash + Points booking, points are earned only on the portion of the base fare that is paid with dollars. Qualifying Flights exclude flights to/from continental U.S. to/from Hawaii, reward flights, charter flights, group travel, Getaways by Southwest™ vacation packages, travel through Global Distribution Systems, special fares, such as military and government fares, nonrevenue travel, and Companion Pass® travel. Rapid Rewards account number must be entered at the time of booking. Promotion may not be combined with any other offer or promotion. Valid only on Southwest Airlines published, scheduled interisland service. Please allow up to 72 hours for points to post to the applicable Rapid Rewards account. Southwest Airlines reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time with or without notice.

4. Redeem a Minimum of 4,000 Rapid Rewards® Points on One-Way Interisland Qualifying Flights Booked with Points

Rapid Rewards® Members may redeem a minimum of 4,000 Rapid Rewards points towards the purchase of any Southwest® one-way interisland Qualifying Flight booked fully with points. “Qualifying Flights” include one-way nonstop service between the islands of Hawaii: Honolulu (Oahu) – HNL, Kahului (Maui) – OGG, Kona (Island of Hawaii) – KOA, Hilo (Island of Hawaii) – ITO, and Lihue (Kauai) – LIH operated by Southwest Airlines® and paid entirely with Rapid Rewards points. Qualifying Flights exclude flights paid with dollars, Southwest LUV Vouchers®, gift cards, vacation travel credits, or flight credits and those paid with Cash + Points, flights to/from continental U.S. to/from Hawaii, charter flights, group travel, Getaways by Southwest™ vacation packages, travel through Global Distribution Systems, special fares, such as military and government fares, nonrevenue travel, and Companion Pass® travel. Points bookings do not include taxes, fees, and other government/airport charges of at least $5.60 per one-way flight. Fares may be combined with other Southwest Airlines’ combinable fares. If combining with other fares, the most restrictive fare's rules apply. Points bookings are refundable as long as reservations are canceled at least 10 minutes prior to the original scheduled departure. Failure to cancel prior to original scheduled departure will result in forfeiture of remaining funds on the reservation. Rapid Rewards account number must be entered at the time of booking. Promotion may not be combined with any other offer or promotion. Valid only on Southwest Airlines published, scheduled interisland service. 5. Rapid Rewards Program Information

All Rapid Rewards rules and regulations apply and can be found at Southwest.com/rrterms. Southwest® reserves the right to amend, suspend, or change the Rapid Rewards program and/or Rapid Rewards program rules at any time without notice. Rapid Rewards Members do not acquire property rights in accrued points. The number of Rapid Rewards points needed for a particular Southwest flight is set by Southwest and will vary depending on destination, time, day of travel, demand, fare type, point redemption rate, and other factors, and is subject to change at any time until the booking is confirmed.
